Hai Andrea, I am facing some issues with my teeth and I have some questions for you. My dentist Dr. David Silberman advised me for dental implantation. He is a very famous dentist in Houston and he is well known for his treatments. But I’m very afraid to proceed with implant. I just can’t imagine those titanium screw like thing being inserted to my gums. I would like to know the after effects of implant? Isn’t there any other alternative? how long will the pain last? Will it affect in any ways my normal routine?
