If your dentist offers it and you can afford it, conscious IV sedation is WONDERFUL. I had nearly all my teeth removed in one visit and paid out-of-pocket for the IV sedation. I remember absolutely nothing about the procedure whatsoever. It made life easier on my dentist, too. 🙂
