If the pain hasn’t improved then return to your dentist to see how they can help you. They can re-check to see if the crown is still too high. If it is affecting the opposing molar then it seems unlikely that the problem is due to the actual implant post, especially if there aren’t any signs of inflammation or infection. I’d be more inclined to think the crown isn’t biting together with your lower tooth correctly.Your dentist will be able to carry out more diagnostic tests if necessary to discover why it hurts.
