You should receive a full refund in my honest opinion. Minus the work they have provided of course and I would ask for the 3D image to be copied onto a disk so you can take it to a surgeon who will deliver the goods. Many options are available nowadays for this specific issue. Implants come in various sizes. I would find a surgeon who has more experience. Get a second opinion for sure. Make sure you get your 3D image if you paid for that.
