I’d seek a second opinion from another implant dentist or from your general dentist because you shouldn’t be able to taste blood every morning. It is quite possible that the taste is not related to your dental implants, particularly if you have been experiencing this symptom for several years and don’t have any pain or other problems with the implants, but it is important to get a proper diagnosis and hopefully a solution.
