Doctor Encarnacion, after 4 years of dental school practicing on live patients at Universidad Odontologica Dominicana (Dominican Dentistry University), in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, performing dental treatment such as, root canals, oral surgery, dental crowns, dentures, and many other procedures under the assistance of the top dentistry teachers in the country.

We always work with appointments at the patients convenience from Monday trough Saturday, starting at 8:00 AM.

How long have you been in business?

In 2006 Dr. Encarnacion got his license and started his first dental practice. Since then he has continued to keep current with new skills by completing yearly courses in some of the most prestigious dentistry colleges of the country. Some of the courses include Dental Implantology, Dental prosthesis, and some of the latest techniques and developments in Dentistry.

How many dental implant procedures have you done?

We have been placing implants since 2009, so for over 8 years, we have placed more than 600 implants. From 2009 we keep in touch with our implants patients for regular check up, and today most of the implants are still in good shape, so the success rate is 97%.

Why should someone choose you over the competition?

We are reliable, honest, and always talk to our new patients over the phone explaining all the procedures for free, it doesn’t matter if it required one call or ten, we are very responsible of the work we make, so if you ever have a problem, we always fix it for free.

Where do most of your patients hear about your clinic?

Patients always find our website on search engines, we have many reference from USA.

What procedures do you typically recommend and perform?

Dr.Encarnacion Always does the implants surgery, bone graft, crowns and bridges.

What type of implants does your clinic use?

We use MIS Implants, this brand you can find it worldwide, and as most of our patients are coming from USA, this brand is compatible with the Zimmer Implants, which is well known for the dentist there, so if any American patient need assistance , it will be easy for then to find.

Please give me a summary of the steps in the process of getting an implant at your clinic.

This is what we do during the first appointment:

Health History
Dental Diagnosis
Dental Mold
Panoramic Xrays
Periapical Xrays
CT Scan (Tomography)

Normally implants are placed the day after all the above is done.

Patients must know that implants surgery is not painful, the effects after are minimum.

We will give all the medication needed, pain killers, antibiotics, chlorhexidine, and everything to make you feel comfortable. After the surgery patients can talk with the doctors 24/7 for any questions or concerns about the treatment.

Quick description of the surgical procedure at your clinic.

Before making any shots, we always use topic anesthetic, so you don’t feel to much the needle, after all the anesthesia is done, we talk to the patients so they can feel relax. The procedure start with an incision on the soft tissue, then the drilling process , depending on how many implants are being placed, this can last for and hour or two.

How much do your procedures cost?

For a single implant including abutment and crown USD$1,100.00

All on four USD$6,300.00

Full mouth with 6 implants to support a porcelain bridge USD$9,700.00 one arch.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take USA Dollars, Credit Card, Debit Card, VISA, Master Card, Amex and Bank deposits. we offer 10% discount on cash after US$4000

How many appointments are required to get one or two implants?

For one or two implants, we can do it in one appointment.

How long is the healing time?

For implants placement most of the time 3 days are enough, but we always recommend our patients to stay here at least 5 days after the surgery, just to see that they are in good health condition and everything is under control before they leave the country. Patient safety is our primary concern.

What do advise your patients to do if they have a problem with their implant?

We always replace fail implants for free.
