How many dental implant procedures have you done? What is your success rate?
We have done more than 500 cases and success rate is about 98 percent.
Where do most of your patients come from? How do they hear about your clinic?
We have both local and international patients. For the international patients, they know from their friends’ recommendation, our official website (www.dentalworldchiangmai.com), our strategic partnership.

Bone Graft and Single Implant.
What type of implants (technology) does your clinic use?
We have two systems for implant. First type is Astratech brand, it is imported from Sweden. Second type is Hiossen brand, it imported from America.
Please give me a summary of the steps in the process of getting an implant at your clinic.
For implants, patients have to come to our clinic 2 visits.
The first stage, they have to stay in Chiangmai 7-10 days for surgery since we will put implant into the bone and leave it for 2 months for wait the bone get healing and fuse to the implant. During these two months, no further visit required.
Then, after 2 months we will do the second stage. We will take the impression for making a crown. This stage will take 1 week for try-in to ensure that the crown will be fitted properly.

How much do your procedures cost?
We understand that you are meaning general treatments. Please refer below price list. If you mean something else, please let us know.
What payment methods do you accept? Do you offer financing?
We accept for both cash and credit cards (VISA, MASTER) with full amount of treatment cost. Any health insurance is unacceptable. Financing is not an offer.
How many trips to Thailand are required?
For implants, patients have to come to our clinic 2 visits. First trip needs about 10 days and second trip needs about 1 week. Patient can have more than 1 implant in the same time.
How long is the healing time like for patients who get dental implants?
Healing time takes about 2 months. During these two months, no further visit required.
What do advise your patients to do if they have a problem with their implant?
We have guarantee for 3 years, if it fail within 3 years we will provide free treatment of the new implant.
What other costs would there be for someone traveling to your clinic from North America?
We offer only dental treatment service.
Where do your patients stay while they are getting an implant done?
There are many hotels locate around our clinic with various price range. 2-3 hotels are nearby with walking distance. We can recommend some hotels, however, patient needs to do booking by themselves. We locate only 15 minutes driving from the airport.

Yes, it is. Especially, Chiangmai province is very safe.
Does a patient need to be able to speak Thai?
