Please give me a summary of the steps in the process of getting an implant at your clinic.
– 1st day: Clinical checkup, CBCT, blood tests, ECG, Diagnostic models preparation and treatment plan will be explained in detail
2nd Day: Analysis of lab reports, treatment plan discussion, anesthetist consultation and consent
3rd Day: Implant Surgery by Dr Shailaja Reddy and Dr Dushyanth Paul
•Extraction of remaining teeth (if any)
•Curettage and debridement ( removing any residual infection)
•Reshaping of the bone
•Placement of eight titanium implant fixtures and abutments under GA
•Closure with sutures
•Impression making for immediate fixed teeth
4th Day: Follow up checkup and Jaw relation
5th Day: Try in of intermediate fixed prosthesis
7th Day: Fixation/Insertion of intermediate fixed prosthesis
9th Day: Removal of sutures
11th Day: Follow up checkup
