Michael J Aiello, DDS received his DDS degree in 1989 from the University of Michigan and spent the next 5 years working in Macomb County, as well as a local hospital. He then opened his own private practice in Clinton Township to focus on family and cosmetic dentistry.

What procedures do you typically recommend and perform?
Implant Crowns: Individual missing teeth are replaced with a single dental implant and a crown. Your implant crown will look just like a traditional crown that is designed to restore both beauty as well as health to your smile.
Implant Bridges: Unlike traditional bridges that are anchored over natural teeth, implant bridges are supported by two implant roots – one on either end. With an implant bridge, Dr. Aiello can help you replace up to 3 or 4 teeth at once
Overdentures and All-On-4: Using dental implants to stabilize your denture can assist people with poor bone health or problems getting a great denture fit. Implant dentures can be removable, or permanently anchored in place

If you suffer from gum disease, our LANAP laser gum treatment procedure can give you a reason to smile again. With LANAP, Dr. Aiello is able to comfortably treat areas of gum disease without surgical procedures. In fact, the procedure produces less discomfort and a quicker recovery time than conventional gum surgery.Our soft tissue laser treatment is for patients with periodontal health conditions that will not respond to conventional periodontal therapy. When the next step would typically involve surgery such as crown lengthening or flap procedures – LANAP prevents this. The thin laser literally vaporizes bacteria and damaged tissue areas that may not be accessible during a deep cleaning. It also expedites the healing process.

We accept all type of credit card. Michael Aiello, DDS accepts payments from all insurance companies. Although we are not in network with any specific providers, we accept all traditional insurance plans. For example, we participate with providers like Delta Dental Premier and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We have hundreds of patients with PPO insurance plans.
For our patients who do not carry dental insurance, or need to finance treatment that their insurance plan may not cover – we have a flexible payment plan option. Michael Aiello, DDS partners with CareCredit to provide:

How many appointments are required to get one or two implants?
It does not take more then 4 appointments.
How long is the healing time?
Not more then 45 days.
What do advise your patients to do if they have a problem with their implant?
Our team will accommodate you as quickly as possible to get you out of pain. Please call our office immediately to let us know that you are on your way due to an emergency. We do our very best to schedule same day appointments for all new patients with emergencies.
