I had dental implants placed in the region of 30 and 31 lower molars at a distance of 0.5 mm of the inferior alveolar nerve . What are the chances that these dental implants will cause nerve damage from masticatory force over time or in case they will ever need to be removed?
Never thought about a temporary crown?
