Implant done 20+ years ago. Recently broke crown. My dentist was able to get the old crown/abutment off but cannot find replacement parts. He is not 100% sure who manufactured the implant but even if he knew he said they have made improvements and new parts won’t work in old implant. What are my options? Remove and replace implant? Bridge?
