    Dr Samy,
These are the reality constraints that are in play:
The forum linkage in operation between us does not accept my pdf uploading attempts.
This would also apply to any xray pdf attempt that I might venture.

My first interview with the oral surgeon who intends to do the implant work is scheduled for 10h30 16 September 2014 where he will lay out his pricing and his treatment plan overview.
During that time delay my 2,800 km Florida road trip to the Tampa Veterans Hospital will give me a reliable and realistic medical perspective and identify any dental service benefits that I may be entitled to.

Although my periodontist and the Florida dentist I had been using repeatedly and freely exchanged hand-carried xray copies that I personally conveyed between them, it is unlikely that this prosthodontist would share his panoramic X-ray -considering it as his proprietary material and the primary source of his own professional expertise, his source of empowerment and his bread and butter.
It is also unlikely that I could otherwise produce a timely panoramic xray since I have broken all relations with my former Florida dentist (since 2008) due to a significant embolden display of questionable ethical conduct in my regard.

From the prosthodontist’s stated service fee of itself it is amply evident that the total cost to me for the anticipated procedures would by far exceed my financial circumstances so that I’m struggling to find other similarly qualified recourses.
I pay my bills in a courteous and timely manner.
I carry no debt – whatsoever.
    Very truly yours,
    Théophile

    Dr Samy,

I had misstated the anticipated lower tooth extractions in writing yo you as being six whereas the actual number is eight.
A panoramic xray was taked on 4 June 2014 for his own diagnostic purposes by a prosthodontic dentist.
I will ask his office to provide me with a copy in order to pdf it to you after this weekend work break is completed.
I have procured a copy of the six page CHUL Biologie Médicale Laboratory report to Dr Jean Boufard without the benefit of an explanatory interview with him. My hope going forward is to obtain – both here in Québec and at the Tampa Veteran’s hospital – the services of a qualified medical specialist with adequate Sjögren’s syndrome expertise to deal with the anaemia issue that had been detected during my August 14-15. 2013 stay at that hospital and correlate it with the other aspects of my symptomology so that the anticipated dental surgical procedures can proceed free of that concern.
    Very truly yours,
    Théophile

The enclosed professional personal photo was taken in Tampa on 24 May 2012.

    Dr Samy.

Here is my situation, âge 83 (my father died at100 years. five months and five days).
My health is good for my life situation yet a dozen or so years ago my dry mouth was diagnosed as Sjogren”s Syndrome which has required a lot of personal ajustements, self-informed learning and extended dental care, etc.
All four of my wisdom teeth were extracted in 1956 due to an overcrowding alignment situation.
At this point my remaining upper teeth (#s 4 through 14 – United States dental numbering protocole) are in a good dental state.
However, the three existing lower bridges, partially established in 1978 (three teeth, eight teeth, three teeth) are compromized beyond further repair.
Envisioned is a full lower implant fixed to two pairs of posts placed at the canines which implies the combined posts suporting a total of ten to fourteen artificial teeth of which two teeth overlap the paired posts on each side.
Evidently this would require an adéquate healing period following six prior remaining tooth extractions and a significant overall time passing for the numerus steps involved to be confidently sure of the ultimate results.
Such a venture requires my being thoroughly cognissant of passeport visa costs and requirements, airline flight path expenses and modest living accommodation pricing during my extended stay in addition to all agreed upon contractual stipulations.
In full retirement, my personal resources and requirements are modest. My attitude is of necessity both conservative and forward-looking -towards continued healthful living.
I’ve had the benefit of a skilled, well-informed and attentive periodontist who has seen to my situation and needs for at least ten years. It is on his suggestion, encouragement and advice that I seek out this information from you.
I await a description of your compétences, materials and techniques, your questions, availability, insights and suggestions.
    Very truly yours.
    Théophile
