    the prices of equipments are really high, but dentists in US and europe get very high fees.

    I am Dr. Samy. A rejected dental implant means complete failure. Implant should never ever be used again. Mostly inadequate procedure or an infection occured at place of implant and bone graft.

    This is a good idea only with one advantage and many disadvantage.The only advantage is that you are saving money ,other disadvantages :your are loosing all your life and health, where you are not able to eat many things with the denture that may affect your health, you are destroying your jaw one by the dentures( kill your bone by yourself),as dentures can not chew and cut food very well so you may get many problems with your stomach and GIT system and so problems will increase all over your health then you will spend more and more money to regain it,but at that time mostly it is not possible.

    Last years every thing changed in the dental implant world. Everyday we as dentists have many research and new work. Dental implants in many situations can be loaded directly in the same day of implant insertion and patient in about half an hour can place both the implant and crown in the same visit.

    Regarding the quality of implants overseas, I would like to note for the patients that they (must ) know the name and manufacture of the implant.

    Facts:
    All travel accommodation, tickets ,3-5 days in Egypt plus all x-rays and dental implants with artificial teeth at same days most probably will cost one third cost in USA.
    If you would like to save money and time, I can help you in arranging tickets and hotel untill you are back to USA.

    Hi,
    Very nice data.In fact I need a panoramic x-ray film because it is very helpful in diagnosis especially I did not see clinically. So please if it is possible ,send me a copy and then I will explain everything from A to Z.
    Note: There is immediate implant that can be places immediately after tooth removal in the same time ,with also direct temporary crown or bridge.But all of this depends on the situation and x-ray.

    I just would like to share and say that anyone can make tourism and have dental implants in his/her mouth with totally about have the price in USA.

    Many people would like to get some dental information about a specific
    case but they ca not communicate directly with a dentist or it is most
    probably will cost time and money to get an appointment.

    In my opinion as dental implantologist , dental implants have to aims:one is the function which is eating any thing without any problem or pain, the other is cosmetic which is applied epecially for the front teeth.If both is not met , so the problem in your dentist.

    It should be the same or maximum twice. As dental implant laboratory work require more training and experience beside dental implant crown at the clinic has special type of cement to fix it in the mouth .In my clinic I do it in the same price.
